Top Hung windows

The unique features of Scandinavian Top Hung windows are their simplicity and practical use. Hinges are fitted on the upper part of the window, it can be opened outward and fixed in a ventilation mode with a special ASSA fixator attached on the right side of the window, whereas the handle is located on the bottom part of the window sash.

This type of window is commonly used in basements of buildings, when the main purpose of the window is to ensure daylight. These windows can be manufactured from wood or a combination of wood and aluminium where aluminium covers the outer part of the frame and sash.
